The chalet is great location just a few minutes from the center of Chamonix, bars, and the gondola to Aiguille du Midi. The breakfast was a good spread with various options, and I particularly enjoyed the afternoon homemade cake served in the cozy common area with its charming wood-burning stove and hot tub.
Small room.

The lack of proper communication about amenities and poor maintenance overshadowed my experience.

Luxurious & spotless unit with a ceiling window, pastries, as example. Bread and pastries in the bar. Marvellous and fantastic location in very very nice area, just next door to the main attractions, trucks deliver supplies to the supermarket and all the bars and restaurants.

We really enjoyed marvellous and amazing location of this place.
The room was not only beautiful, but elegant too, and had a sofa bed, central heating and a TV with satellite channels. Bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The location is decent but the customer service is a complete joke, with staff ignoring my requests and treating me like any other guest. I expected at least a complimentary breakfast for my troubles, but was told they don't provide that.

A gem with charming surprises
We enjoyed delicious breakfasts with a fantastic variety, and the warm. Accessing the sauna and hot tub was a good end to our days.
The check-in process was confusing as it wasn't at the hotel itself. Our room was slightly cramped, less comfortable than we hoped.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel offered a sauna and hot tub for some much-needed relaxation after our adventures. Just a heads up, the lack of a fridge in our room was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't spoil our time. 😊

Perfect spot for relaxation
The staff was super friendly. We took advantage of the tasty homemade cake they served in the afternoons, which really hit the spot after a day on the slopes. Only thing was our room felt a bit snug, but it was cozy and charming.

The chalet is in a prime location at the town center. The modern facilities matched the description online perfectly. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful city view from my room.
